The 65th issue of The Sirens Call comes in at 283 pages!

It’s made up of 200 pieces of fiction from 104 different writers in the form of short stories, flash fiction, and dark poetry. With a ‘Born Ravenous’ sub-theme.

It features my story, “Born of Blood”,  a flight of fantasy that lands in a forest of nightmares. A twist on the infamous myth of the werewolf, Born of Blood unfolds in a dream-like setting. It follows a woman who belongs to a mystical tribe of forest worshippers.

On rare nights that befall once in several hundred years, tribe members run to the forests to perform cult rituals as a blood moon hangs in the sky.
